Terms of Service

Effective date: July 12, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 12, 2026

Plain English summary: Voxa is a tool that acts on your behalf. You are responsible for what your agents do. Don't use it for spam, illegal activity, or to harm others. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. We offer the service as-is and are not liable for AI errors or third-party outages.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Voxa ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Voxa on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Voxa is an AI agent platform that lets you delegate tasks — research, email drafting and sending, scheduling, outreach, and more — to autonomous agents. Agents can take real actions on connected accounts (reading and sending emails, posting messages, creating documents) when you authorise them to do so.

The Service is provided "as is." AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before approving consequential ones.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@getvoxa.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account, sell access, or allow others to use your account on your behalf (unless you have a Teams plan with seat-based access).

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voxa.

4. Connected integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, and others), you authorise Voxa to access and act on those services within the permissions you grant. You represent that you have the right to grant that access.

Voxa will only access connected accounts to carry out tasks you have requested. You can revoke any integration at any time from Settings, and should also revoke access directly in the third-party service's security settings.

Voxa is not responsible for the actions or terms of third-party services.

5. AI agents and autonomous actions

Important: Voxa agents can take real, irreversible actions — sending emails, posting messages, making calendar changes. You are responsible for all actions taken by agents connected to your account, whether or not you explicitly approved each one.

You should:

If an agent makes an error — sending an incorrect email, drafting wrong content — Voxa's liability is limited as described in Section 13. You bear ultimate responsibility for all outbound communications from your account.

6. SMS and messaging

By connecting a phone number, you consent to receive SMS and/or WhatsApp messages from Voxa at that number for the purposes of verification, task updates, and service notifications. Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier and country.

You may opt out by texting STOP to any Voxa message or removing your number from Settings. We will cease messaging within 24 hours of an opt-out request.

You may not use the SMS/WhatsApp channel to instruct Voxa to send bulk, unsolicited, or deceptive messages to others. Doing so may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxa to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice in serious cases.

8. Subscription and billing

Voxa offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Billing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment details, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

9. Free trial and trial runs

New accounts may receive a limited number of free trial runs. Trial runs are provided as-is and may be discontinued at any time. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

10. Intellectual property

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using Voxa, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

12. Uptime and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party outages (Google, Anthropic, Twilio, etc.) are outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or third-party service failures.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Voxa harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; content you direct agents to produce or send; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@getvoxa.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to cancel your account before the effective date.
